XBOX Repair: If your XBOX, XBOX360 or XBOX Elite is displaying the infamous "Red Ring of Death", Geeks Now has the technology to properly repair the “Red Ring of Death”. Geeks Now also repairs the other issues that may occur on your XBOX console; we also have ways of preventing these issues from recurring.

Nintendo Wii Repair: Wii’s do not break easily, but Wii’s are subject to normal wear and tear just like any other gaming console. One of the common Wii issues is a disk read error. If a Wii disk read error occurs, Geeks Now can replace the laser on the Wii drive and repair your Wii. If your Wii has power issues; your Wii has no power or a bad power jack connection, Geeks Now computer repair shops can fix these common Wii problems. If you experience any other Nintendo Wii problem, please feel free to contact us as well.

Informed Consent:

  1. A $39 charge toward time or labor spent on repair may be applied, regardless of outcome. Although our best efforts are applied towards the electronic board level repairs of your console; there is no guarantee micro level repairs can historically correct all issues. This charge is waived on repaired game consoles; it is not additional.
  2. It is understood certain parts may inflate the cost of repairs and thus inflate the final cost, in these cases you will be advised before continuing or performance of repairs. An example of this would be a hard drive replacement.

Post Game Console Repairs

Once the video game console is received we will notify you. A typical video game console repair takes about 3-7 business days, after receipt of a in-store work order or shipped device. 

We will notify you of completion by email and ship the console back if needed. Locally, a console is picked-up where dropped off, unless special arrangements are made strictly  in advance.
