'Geeks Now' operates local computer service centers that repair system board problems. 'Geeks Now' computer repair technicians, unlike those of large nationwide stores and of the laptop's manufacturer, will advise you the Motherboard is repairable and that "you do not need a new system board". Their, other service centers, quotes run from $300, $500, ...or more, to ‘you need a new Computer’. What ever have you! At Geeks Now; we charge a flat fees of $175* (*$125; or $50 less with coupon below. The expiration date of coupon is 8/31/2011) for PC & Laptop system board repairs. The others either ignore or are not capable of fixing a system or mother board without replacing the whole computer or up selling you a new motherboard.
All brands occassionally suffer from system or mother board problems, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Acer, Gateway, ASUS, e-Machine, Dell; they all do. Diagnose the Motherboard Failure
1) Your system fails to boot.
2) Your system becomes unstable or locks up.
3) You have to boot and then reboot to get the system to P.O.S.T.
4) Your fans and power lights come on but the system still does not boot.
5) Your system reboots or shuts off while working on it.
