They either ignore or are not capable of fixing a broken DC Jack without replacing the motherboard or selling you a new laptop.

New Computer Setup

We'll come to your home or office to make sure you and your new computer get off to an ideal start. After helping you determine the best place for your computer, we'll make sure all of its components are present and intact. We'll then carefully arrange your computer, keyboard, and mouse, as well as any other accessories that were included in the box before connecting everything and keeping wires neatly organized and accessible. Once setup is complete, we'll turn on your computer and follow the necessary steps to get your Windows^® operating system up and running. We'll reboot the computer, perform a final check, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you're satisfied with our service.

Wireless Network Setup

An experienced Geeks Now technician will come to your home and secure your existing wireless network through a process that tailors the network settings to your needs. We'll check your current network and collect all the necessary information to secure it.

Data Backup

We will perform a professional evaluation to determine the safest, most efficient way to transfer your files based on your PC's specifications. Files we can transfer include music, movies, photos, and important data from your MP3 player, computer, hard drive, or other storage media. These copies are typically called "backups" and are useful primarily for preserving small numbers of files from accidental deletion or corruption.

We will back up to the files from your computer's hard drive to another storage media. We will backup photos, music, letters, documents, and other files from your computer onto our file storage volumes with the utmost respect for your privacy.

We'll be sure to keep your files in the same format and maintain your folder structure so you can still navigate and access your files easily. We'll confirm with you that all specified files have been successfully backed up, and make sure you're satisfied with our service. Before any files are deleted from our systems, your back-up files will be safe guarded for 30 days,.
